Blue Dolphin Level-III Teacher Training
Level-III teacher training provides the tools and skills to create inspiring Blue Dolphin Yoga classes that are founded on hatha yoga, pranayama, mindfulness meditation, aquatic fitness and exercise science. In this training you will learn to better understand how to teach different types of people (e.g. teenagers, older adults, the obese, the physically challenged, people with health risks) with different goals (e.g. fitness, weight-loss, achieving goals) and conduct a class that can help these people enjoy the glass and achieve their goals in a safe, effective and fun class. This focus on the client has made Blue Dolphin Yoga the most popular aquatic yoga style in the world today.
